McKenna's Just Jump Friends Birthday Party

McKenna had so much fun on March 1st for her friend's birthday party! We went to a place called, Just Jump which is full of inflatables! They had the whole place to themselves and had a blast! All of the kids had a blast and everyone got along really well.

Happy 7th Birthday McKenna!

McKenna is such an amazing little girl and I am so proud to be her mom. She is kind, brave, smart, independent, dramatic and strong-willed. She still loves to play pretend and is a super awesome big sister who likes to play "Baby Teacher" with Siena and her dolls and spends most of the time reading to them and then she likes to play "House and House" or "Hockey mom" with Mason.

Happy 4 Months, Siena!

Our beautiful, perfect baby is 4 months old!

15 lbs, 25 in. long - both height and weight are in the 75th Percentile!

She is still very easy going. She sleeps 10 - 12 hours every night and seems to be growing so fast! She is very close to rolling over and just as close to sitting up!

The silly things the kids say...

Mason now calls Adam, "Birdie!" First it was "Day-Day" which transformed to "Doh-Doh" which transformed to "Doh-Doh Bird" and now it's just, "Birdie"!

McKenna after cleaning her room, "Ahhh, if feels so good to have a clean room!" Mommy, "Yay, I know!" McKenna, "How do you know, your room is never clean!"

Mason talking about Grandpa Winter's Thumb Amputation, "I wish Pa Pa was an octopus!" Mommy, "Why?" Mason, "So he could just grow his arm back!"

While discussing our roles around the house McKenna said, "Mommy's job is to be smart and Daddy's job is to sleep and fart all the time!"

After getting yelled for racing Mason instead of getting in the car when told, McKenna started crying, "I'm sorry, I just had to get some BAD out because I'm GOOD all the time!"

Mason (standing on Uncle Scotty's deck before a storm): Hysterically yelling, "I need to get inside! I don't want to get Tampa Bayed!" (Hit by lightening!)

Mason only calls us the following: Siena - "Yenka", Daddy - "Day Day" or "Doe Doe" and Mommy - "Mumpa".

Mason talking to Siena: "You're a little Ho Ho!" Mommy: "What did you call her?" Mason: "A little Ho Ho because she has a big belly like Santa!"

Mason - "You have St. Louis eyes!" Grandpa Winter - "Huh?", Mason - "Yay, St. Louis BLUES!"

McKenna - "I'm such an early riser I could be a garbage man or a news person!"

After McKenna was discussing a boy in class who likes her and Adam was telling her he didn't like it she said, "Sorry Daddy, you can't stop me from growing up!"

Mason to Daddy - "You must poop a lot!" Adam - "Why?" Mason - "Because your skin is so brown."

Mommy to McKenna - "I am so proud of you. You are always so nice to everyone." McKenna - "I'm only nice to everyone because I don't want to get in trouble."

Mason saw a commercial for Grey's Anatomy and said, "Are they doing surgeries or something?" Mommy - "Yeah, they're called Surgeons. You could be a surgeon some day?" Mason - "No, I think I'm going to be a pizza man...and a NHL Hockey Player!"

Mommy to Mason - "Why do you have a hockey stick in your pants?" (Just the blade of the stick is sticking out) Mason - "Because then I always have one with if I need it for anything!"

Mommy - "Mason, don't throw your hockey stick!" Mason - "I didn't throw it. It just jumps out of my hand when I score awesome goals!"

"Oooh, you and Daddy are going on a date! What do you do the whole time? KISS!" - McKenna

"Hey Keeley, do you want one of my booger treats?" - Mason, as he is picking his nose and eating it.

After receiving a super sparkly gift, "Wow, I'm definitely going to look like a Victoria Secret model now!" - McKenna. Maybe Adam shouldn't have watched the Victoria Secret Fashion Show with her! :(

Me: "Mason why are you wearing your fancy black shoes?" Mason: "...because I could only find black socks and you have to wear fancy shoes with black socks!"

"I think God must have squished my butt because it's so tiny!" - Mason

After reading the "Elf on the Shelf" book Mason exclaimed, "Oh no, I have to brush my teeth EVERY day...without crying!"

Mason: "I'm going to call our baby....Sienta! That's a much better name!"

Amma Winter called and asked McKenna if she could have a Christmas list so she knows what to buy her. McKenna responded with, "Oh, you can't buy me everything on my list. There is waaaaaay tooooo much!"

Mommy says, "McKenna, we need new games. We should put games on your Christmas list." McKenna responds, "Oh no, no, no! We should put games on Mason's Christmas list. Mine is full!"

Telling a random man at the grocery store, "I'm a big fan of hockey and Jelly!" - Mason

Announcing to the entire dining room in Gruenke's Restaurant in Bayfield, "I pooped on the potty!" - Mason

"Can't you take the baby back and get a boy baby?" - Mason

"Mason, I wish you had an volume button so I could shut you off!" - McKenna

"Mommy did you see the boy at the park with silver teeth? I want to go to the dentist and buy silver teeth!" - Mason

Mason - "How did the baby get in your tummy? Did you eat it?" McKenna- "No, she finally ate enough food to get a baby in her tummy."
